EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 2017-RMLAH-001Receptionist - LE-04 (Anticipatory)
 
The Representative Office of Canada to the Palestinian Authority is pleased to announce a job opportunity for a Receptionist with an attractive compensation and benefits package. The competition is open to all persons who live in the West Bank or in Israel and who are legally entitled to work in the West Bank and Israel, or right to work legally in the West Bank and travel to Israel.
Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will report to the Common Services Officer. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
-operates the central telephone switchboard serving all programs of the mission; 
-provides general information to visitors on the Consular program;
-coordinates driver schedules;
-responds to requests from clients for transportation services;
-processes incoming and outgoing mail.

Qualifications and Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
-Post-secondary degree from a recognized post-secondary institution;
-Fluency in English, French, Arabic & Hebrew, both written and spoken;
-At least two (2) years of recent (within the past five (5) years) and relevant experience in a similar position for a corporate organization, foreign mission or other government office or international organization; 
-Experience providing client service and working with external service providers;
-Knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
Starting Salary: 118,362 NIS / year, plus 13th month bonus, paid overtime and other attractive benefits.
