Project Manager Market Development - Based in Ramallah

Fixed term contract up to July 31st 2017
Salary: 126,309 ILS per annum

The role

Focusing on Oxfams SDC funded programme supporting poverty reduction through market development facilitation; youll help to strengthen programmes in Gaza and the West Bank. Specifically, youll look at the delivery, and implementation of our market development programmes, building relationships with stakeholders, including communities, producer organisations, key private sector companies and many more. Well also expect you to lead this programme at all levels including (strategic, tactical and operational).
Another important aspect of your role will include managing risks, communicating Oxfams work and contributing to the wider regional programme.

What were looking for

As well as experience in economics/ agribusiness/ agricultural economics or any other development sector related to rural livelihoods, youll bring a strong understanding of managing commercial partnerships with a wide range of diverse partners. Confident when it comes to working with farmers / agri - workers, you know how to turn strategy into action, how to manage programmes and projects, and how to influence key stakeholders. This is a well defined role and were looking for someone with the drive and vision to build on our successes here so far.
