Job Description: The Reef Micro Finance Institute is seeking to hire District Manager in Gaza Strip. She/he will be responsible for managing all branch operations within his district. He would have at least 4 to 5 branches within his region with Area Managers /unit Managers reporting into him. He shall oversee all field operation activities within his region including setting up of the branches, meeting the business plan targets, and acting as Reef representative at the Regional level. He/she is responsible to ensure overall branch performance and profitability and reports to the GM

Location: Gaza Strip
Experience: at least 5  years

Desired Skills:
-Degree in Social Science/Management preferable / MBA
-Specific experience of working in MFI ( at least 5 years preferable)
-Ability to lead a large team
-Good analytical skills
-Energetic, enthusiastic, sales-driven
-Good communication skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations
-Good Networking Skills
-Fluency in English 
-Knowledge of basic computing required
-Ability and willingness to do community development work at a field level in the assigned areas
-Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
-Capacity to understand and be true to Reef mission and values
