Assistant for the project “Technical Assistance to Support High Judicial Council”
The assistant/intern will support the High Judicial Council case management committee and the Key Expert in the Project “Technical Assistance to Support High Judicial Council”.
Responsibilities:
Assistant/intern is to support the High Judicial Council Working Group on Case Timelines in order to:
-Define Optimum timelines for court cases,
-Gathering Data from Courts
-Develop Case Flow Chart,
-Measure the time spent on procedural steps within selected case category,
-Identify underlying reasons for delay,
-Propose measures for Low-cost or no-cost case backlog reduction.
In addition to these tasks the assistant will support the courts in administrative and supportive tasks related to the registries.
Requirements:
-University Degree in Law, Business Administration / Management, Public Administration or any other related field.
-At least 2-3 years working Experience in courts or any other governmental organization
-Excellent language and communication skills both written and oral in English and Arabic
-Good organizational and analytical skills
-Ability to write reports and collect data
-Experience with statistical analysis and/or qualitative research
-Excellent interpersonal and team skills, with a good level of self-awareness, and the ability
-to relate to people from all backgrounds
