Freightos is already helping some of the world’s biggest freight companies automate their operations. We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Ramallah.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title of Position: HR Manager 

Responsibilities:
-Manages and supports independently various HR processes and projects such as recruiting, on-boarding, and training according to the global processes and procedures.
-Plans, communicates, and executes to achieve organizational metrics for retaining employees and supporting and managing underperforming employees.
-Identifies organizational needs and supports activities to restructure and effectively build successful business units.
-Provides objective and data driven guidelines for measuring performance and the effect of different company policies on performance.
-Communicates and manages messaging of policy changes, introduction or revocation of policies.
-Provides mechanisms for ensuring compliance and effective execution and utilization of resources.
-Prepares and manages the annual review process and follow up according to the global process.
-Coordinates with the Global HR manager and drives consensus and unification to create effective and positive policies across that are global.
-Manages the day to day administration of the office which includes managing cash and non-cash transactions, and reports on daily and on regular basis to the account and finance personnel.
-Delegates successfully complete projects and achieve goals to the office administration personnel, recruiting coordinators and HR.
-Reviews and proposes changes to policies based on the changes in the labor laws in the resident country of operation.
-Records employee movements between departments, employees on staff and retains a historical record of this data.
-Records and securely retains confidential data such as payroll, contracts, and employee personal information.
-Updates company leaders promptly employee changes, policy changes, or patterns negatively impacting the employees or company.
