ASALA for Credit and Development is looking for :  
 

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

That will be based in Ramallah Head Office with intensive and regular Field Work in all WB 

Job Tasks& Responsibilities: 

1-Report to Executive Director as a Member in the Management Team 
2-Support development, and implementation of the Company’s strategy
3-Assist the Director to prioritize and deliver strategic indicators on Portfolio Growth and Quality .
4-Be accountable for overall development and delivery of operational plans and goals; in line with thestrategic plans and within budgets and timeframes.
5-Support the Director to ensure compliance with good management requirementsand all Policies & Procedures in a timely and effective manner.
6-Provides operational leadership and monitoring , on behalf of the Director, to ensure implementation of operational plans and portfolio growth including supporting and training staff.
7-Identify with all field offices to ensure that all necessary resources are in place to promote effective and efficient implementation of all  operational work plans and that significant changes and new models are incorporated into expansion plans if and when needed. 
8-Monitor, measure and report on all operational issues, opportunities anddevelopment plans , achievements , challenges and staff performance within agreed formats and timeframes .
9-Ensure that the company has the right recourses  to carry out its work effectively, accountably and safely and that these areallocated in line with strategic priorities and are utilized in an effective manner to insure positive impact and results .
10-Support evaluation and development of operational strategies andoperations’ staff performance in cooperation with the Director and Regional Managers .
11-Monitorthe loan portfolio in a way that will ensure  best quality and strength in existing areas and expansion into new areas.
12-Implement and develop best practices for delivering financial products in a cost-effective, time efficient, sustainable and innovative manner. 
13-Drive and seek continual improvement in appropriate performance managementsystems, procedures and indicators for the effective management and monitoring of the company performance and results.
14-Prepare briefings and organize regular visits to field sites and branches to proactively identify promising opportunities and or challenges for disbursing loans and creating new loan products.
15-Lead and Manage portfolio progressand quality while ensuring appropriate documentation, budgeting and reporting in cooperation with Regional Managers.
16-Prepare regular , clear, concise, and insightful written analyses, progress reports and recommendations on all : credit operations , portfolio quality , growth and Impact.
17-Perform other duties as required by the Director .

Qualifications& Skills Required :
-A minimum of 6 years experience at a senior management or consultancy level with proven experience in business operations 
-Comprehensive computer skills and strong Communications skills 
-A capacity to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
-An ability to write and speak and present publicly for a variety of audiences including senior level stakeholders and decision makers in both Arabic & English languages.
-A strong leader that will empower, enable, develop, and motivate operational staff.
-An ability to suggest and implement innovative solutions and support a “can do” culture
-A structured approach to effective time management including the ability to juggle competing priorities while meeting deadline.
-Holder of  a Valid Driving License
