General Manager

 
Company Description

NatHealth acts as the focal point where medical claims received from health care providers are audited and adjudicated utilizing our e-claim system features, including the smart card technology. This facilitates prompt payment to the rendering service provider. We strive to provide quality service to the end user while ensuring the lowest possible claim cost to insurance companies and self-insured corporate funds. 
 

Tasks & Duties
 
a-Strategies Development

Develops and carries out strategies which integrate the activities and objectives of NatHealth with which to achieve long term objectives of a return on investment and future growth potential. Evaluates on-going performance of the business, assesses future growth potential and coordinates the search for new business growth including analysis of investment and participation opportunities ensuring that the business retains at all times its competitive quality advantages. Encourages competitive and market place analysis and development of new services.
 
b-Financial Performance

Ensures that the short, medium, and long term financial performance of NatHealth is optimized. Includes establishing financial function to minimize financial risk and exposure to the company. He also ensures that cash reserves are maintained at appropriate level.
 
c-Operational Performance

     Contributes to ensuring that the operational performance of the individual departments supports and enhances the achievement of NatHealth strategies and objectives. Includes ensuring the implementation of proper quality system, work procedures, work instructions and a system for monitoring performanceagainst operation
 

d-Customer Satisfaction :
 

 Supervises NatHealth development and maintenance of relationship with customers/suppliers or in meeting with potential customers/suppliers in the region and internationally. Ensures that optimum level of customer satisfaction and sensitivity are maintained.
 

e-Management Control
 
Ensures effective management control of the business activities through the on-going review and updating of efficient management. Control policies, procedures and systems, includes initiating and coordinating periodic and special management, staff and committee meetings within NatHealth reviews and approves management information systems initiatives designed to improve flow and effectiveness, ensuring that appropriate information flow takes place internally within the company and upwards with NatHealth management.
 
Minimum Requirement
 
-B.Sc. or BA or equivalent preferable with a Masters level education in business or related field.
-5 years broad experience in insurance, Re-insurance and medical underwriting, or equivalent.
-Experience should include at least 3 years at a senior management level in related business.
-Very good written and spoken English and Arabic.
-Very good computer skills.
