Save the Children is seeking qualified candidate to fulfill the following vacancy in its Ramallah Office:

Human Resource Assistant - Position Ref.#: (HRA/WB/2015)

This position will support and contribute to the smoothness functional of the HR department at CO level also to ensure the compliance with Save the Children policies and procedures. 

Main Responsibilities:

- Support the CO recruitment process via assisting in CV screening and setting interviews           schedules.
- Assist in maintaining and updating all personnel files of the respective area(s) as per standard
- Responsible for tracking interns’ assignments and preparing of monthly payments.
- Act as focal point at the HR department for request and preparations of HR related letters   (work certificate, invitation letters… etc)
- Track, print and distribute staff attendance sheets
- Ensure time sheets are collected and submitted to finance on monthly basis
- Responsible for maintaining staff leave balance up to date
- Responsible for ensuring adequate documentation and filing of leaves request and Comp time.
- Effort report to be prepared for review by the HR Officer for monthly submission.
- Responsible for tracking SC ID cards issue request for printing and ensure availability to all  staff members and new hires.

 Ready to work to respond to any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in OPT

- Minimum of one year similar previous experience (HR and/or administrative)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding on HR administration related issues, basic on general HR issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality, documentation & filing skills
- Very Good communication (English & Arabic)
- Very good commands on MS Office.
- To work in team and work under pressure
