Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for Java Software Developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Key role in developing the front-end of java-based online systems.
-Produce detailed software design specifications and write the high quality code using Java.
-Optimize and fine-tune java applications for maximum performance, stability, and scalability.
-Work with the technical and program management teams during the project planning phase in requirements decomposition, task estimation and milestone definition.
-Owning all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications; Performing hands-on architecture, design, and development of systems.
-Follow the established software development processes in designing, rapid prototyping, implementing, testing and maintaining systems once they are operational.
-Work closely with other members of the software team.

 Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
-One to two years of professional development experience with Java and relational database management systems.
-Strong knowledge in objected oriented design concepts and design patterns.
-Experience using android framework is a plus.
-Professional software development experience and familiarity with agile development cycles and rapid prototyping.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Above average command of the English language.
