Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Planning and managing the activities of various training programs for each of Wataniya Mobile departments.
-Proactively gains involvement and understanding of all major internal initiatives that impact the Wataniya Mobile Training activities.
-The ability to give leadership & soft skill trainings.
-Overseeing the design and delivery of appropriate training to support those initiatives.
-Planning and implement structured training programs to support the Wataniya Mobile management, as appropriate.
-Interacting with management to ensure the successful implementation of training.
-Designing and implementing all the internal training.
-Providing a full range of support including planning, implementing structured training programs.
-Following up with the embassies to get the visa required for the external training.
-Liaising with performance management so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and continuous development.
-Overseeing the implementation of quality checks on training and reacting to the findings ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with business requirements; ensure that punctual training is developed and delivered when appropriate.
-Organising the distribution of training certificates.
-Overseeing the maintenance of accurate training records for all Wataniya Mobile employees together with individual and team records of success.
-Overseeing the Management courses delivered to Wataniya Mobile Management.

Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in similar positions.
-Bachelor‘s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related Filed.
-Must have a driving license.
-Knowledge of Succession planning is a plus.
-TOT certificate is a plus.

Skills:
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
-Strong analytical and needs assessment skills.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Self-dependent and self-starter.
-Strong reporting skills
-High proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
