Background Information - Job-specific

The successful incumbent will be part of the Programme Management Office and as such will work under overall supervision of the PMO Team Leader.
Functional Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project documents; take notes of meetings, complete project documents
Assist the administrative team in establishing a proper filling system for project documents, and make sure all the documents are kept in files.
Assist in typing documents
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents
Typing project documents
Carry out web, database and document searches for relevant knowledge and information.
Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor

To ensure smooth running of the project through provision of reliable administrative services.

Education/Experience/Language requirements

Education

All applicants must be studying for a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (or equivalent); or have graduated from such studies within three years prior to the application date of the internship.
Experience
Sound drafting and written English skills.
Computer literate and familiar with Office applications (in particular, Word and Excel).

Language Requirements:
Excellent command of Arabic and English language (oral and written).
