Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ramallah Office
Reporting to: Administrative and Finance Officer
INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian organization non-profit NGO dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. INJAZ programs are delivered by corporate and community volunteers, who provide relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from high school knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.
INJAZ Palestine is looking for a creative Administrative Assistant with excellent coordination skills who will be able to do the following:
-Maintain office reception and provide support services such as answering phone calls, taking messages, sending and receiving faxes, etc.
-Provide logistic support related to INJAZ operations including staff transportation, mail and deliveries, meetings, etc.
-Maintain calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
-Process and prepare memos or letters
-Record and archive essential documents and data
-Perform other related administrative duties as necessary
-Diploma in Office Management / Secretary
-At least 2 years of experience in a related position
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good computer skills
-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
-Ability to work in teams and under pressure
-Ability to work in a potentially challenging environment while maintaining a positive attitude, and carrying out a wide range of tasks
