Products & Systems Sr. Specialist

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Palestine - Ramallah

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Following up with product development projects that have a major impact on future revenue and market presence.
- Following up with product and services projects and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.
- Interfacing with vendors and suppliers, providing input into proposition development, brand development, and campaign planning.
- Managing product/solutions implementation, animation and follow-up in coordination with all departments involved (specifications, business case development, training of internal staff, user's documentation, etc.)
- Defining the strategy of products & services (roadmap, animation) in coordination with all other directions involved.
- Managing & Monitoring customer interfacing solutions KPI’s and enhancements.
Work Experience & Qualifications::
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within BA in telecoms/business related area. MBA degree would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in product development in a telecoms environment is a plus.
- Proven experience of ability to deliver complex products across the full life cycle.

- Deep knowledge of fixed and/or mobile telecoms products and IT systems, and understanding of environment and market.
- Sound understanding of Finance and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation skills.
- Self-starter highly organized, energetic, and results oriented.
- Creative and innovative.
- Team player and leader.
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills.
- Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
