وظيفة " Accountant/ Administrative Assistant "
A local NGO is looking to fill the following position in its Al Azarieh / Bethany office:
Accountant/Administrative Assistant - (Part – time)
Job description:
-Daily check and registration of accounting transactions
-Report and bill preparation, registration, and payments, and perform bank deposits
-Recording and follow up of all sales and purchase transactions and supplier payments
-Preparation and management of monthly, seasonal, and annual budgets
-Preparation of all payment slips and salaries and closing of all monthly finances accurately and on timely manner
-Perform administrative tasks as needed as well as assist the finance officer with daily, monthly and annual transactions
Preferences:
Bachelor of Accounting or related field with at least 1 year experience.
Fluency in English language is an asset.
