Position Title: Program Coordinator 
Immediate Supervisor: LTD Program Manager 
Working Hours: 40 hours per week: between 8:00-5:00 

Overall Position Responsibilities:  

The Program Coordinator for the USAID-funded, AMIDEAST-administered Leadership and Teacher Development (LTD) will be based at the LTD project office in Ramallah and receive general supervision, administrative guidance, and day-to-day supervision from the Program Manager.  Specifically, the LTD Program Coordinator is responsible for the following duties:

1-Coordinate the communications and logistics for the effective implementation of MoEHE, district and school capacity building components for the LTD 
2-Coordinate and conduct field visits to the various MoEHE directorates, schools and partners to ensure the proper implementation of training activities and workshops and all relevant logistics.
3-Coordinate the collection, review and follow up on School Improvement Plans 
4-Coordinate the collection, review and follow up on District Leadership Team  Plans 
5-Coordinate visits and arrange logistics for District Leadership Team meetings and activities 
6-Assist with the logistical support for and documentation of professional development activities relevant to the program 
7-Assist in the organization of District Conferences, workshops and roundtables
8-Ensure proper maintenance of an archival system to document and preserve training materials, policies and procedures and other relevant reports
9-Assist in archiving data and information of relevance for periodic technical updates and the project’s quarterly reports 
10-Assist in the processing of payments to organizations, institutions, and consultants in accordance with contractual agreements and invoices. 
11-Help maintain an updated Geo/MIS system of all capacity building activities. 
12-Prepare minutes of meetings and document program activities when needed; 
13-Provide office clerical support and administrative assistance as required; 
14-Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

Qualifications 
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
-At least 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, working experience with public schools/MOE is highly preferable.
-Precise attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure 
-Ability to spend considerable time in the field (West Bank Districts).
-Experience with USAID projects is preferred. 
-Demonstrated experience working successfully with a team
-Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
-Experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
-Valid driver’s license (is a must)
