ANERA is an international, non-profit, non-governmental organization implementing infrastructure projects in the West Bank and Gaza. ANERA is recruiting for the Palestinian Community Infrastructure Development (PCID) Program, a five-year USAID-funded program the following position to be based in its Jerusalem office:

Reporting and Monitoring Assistant (Monitoring & Evaluation Unit) General 

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Prepare reports (field progress reports, quarter reports) and submit on weekly and monthly basis.
-Ensure effective data collection, revision, analysis and record keeping.
-Provide frequent field visits to on ground projects to ensure quality implementation.
-Update and maintain information on ANERA database and USAID‘s GEO-MIS system.
-Coordinate with program staff to ensure appropriate flow of information and proper documentation of all program activities. Coordinating missing or incomplete information with sub offices.
-Assure entry, accuracy and quality of data through data management.
-Support the design of data collection and analysis for collecting qualitative and quantitative data.
-Participate in and coordinating the timely collection and maintenance of program’s statistical data.
-Coordinate closely with Reporting and Monitoring Manager and the M&E Specialist.
-Participate in other M&E activities as needed. Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Management science or Social Sciences from recognized university with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a background in international organizations or humanitarian organization.
-Arabic and English fluency (both oral and written) is essential. Excellent reporting skills in writing and managing reports are a must.
-Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques, including long term impact assessment.
-Flexibility, excellent interpersonal, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts.
